Anthony A. Greenwood - Principal & Attorney

Mr Greenwood has authored many academic articles in the areas of secured financing, corporate finance, financial service regulation, and international debt recovery & dispute resolution.

He is an associate editor of the Law & Finance Law Review and editor of Journal of Banking and Finance, Law & Practice. He has lectured at the post-graduate level commercial law topics.

As COO and Legal Counsel, Mr. Bensimon oversees all legal matters associated with Searchlinqs Inc. and Greenwood International. Mr Bensimon was Director of International Operations and Global Legal Matters for Brazil based Incorpore Participacoes Imobiliarias for 7 years where he provided guidance to this multinational real estate development company. He previously served as Director of International Operations for Grupo Unidos, parent company of Incorpore.
